Bridging Opportunities
InExcellence Global Outreach was established as the international operating extension of Changing Destinations: Journey to Excellence, Inc. (U.S.-based, est. 2014). While IGO operates as its own independent nonprofit entity, the two organizations maintain a close collaborative relationship. Changing Destinations continues to serve as a collaborative partner and fiscal sponsor, particularly in youth and young adult programming, educational initiatives, and community outreach, while IGO leads adult leadership development, institutional engagement, faith-rooted community partnerships, and sustained regional operations across Kenya, Uganda, India, and Nigeria.
